Nicolas Coronel

Nicolás Coronel was born in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a DJ and producer, he has earned the support of some of the most respected artists in the global progressive scene, including Hernán Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Martín García, Randall Jones, Dousk, and G-Pal.

He is the founder of Mestiza Records, a label created in 2006 that showcases the best of new, young Argentinean and South American talent. With more than 40 releases as a producer, Nicolas has signed with labels across the globe including Swift Records (Greece), Acute Recordings (New York), and Heavy Rotation (UK).

His long-running Mestiza Records radio show on FRISKY Radio has been a staple of the progressive house community for over a decade -still going strong in 2026.
